Order Issues & Damages

Please inspect your order within 7 days of delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at ContactUs@Nkowear.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping Address

Photos of damages

Orders that are on sale or have been embroidered are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


30-Day Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

In its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Orders that are on sale or have been embroidered are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please request a return via email at ContactUs@Nkowear.com before sending items back. Email subject line should state Return and Order number.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to process. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your refund and you haven’t received it, please contact us at ContactUs@Nkowear.com.


Lost Orders

An item is considered lost if it never is reported as delivered.

This can also include if your order has been stuck in any shipping state OTHER than "delivered" You may report an order issue if enough time has been allowed for delivery to take place and it's well past the expected delivery date, or if your order is stuck in a shipping state other than "delivered".

Orders are considered lost after 7 consecutive days without a tracking status update. Lost order claims must be filed within 30 days from the last tracking update. Contact us immediately at ContactUs@Nkowear.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
